I am sorta stuck on this level and was wondering whether anybody could verify or falsify the following assumptions:

1) I have to modify the dowloaded mp3-file in a certain manner to solve the riddle.
2) The chords consist of 2 notes each.
3) I have to form a word out of notes of these chords.

Hi there, I'm new to this. I have problems speaking in English because I'm still learning... But I'll try to get myself understood.

I have problems with this, because not a sound is played, not during all the riddle. Is it because I'm using Firefox?, Because in my mom's computer I could hear sounds in every question but in mine I can't hear it (My mom also uses Firefox).

Or I'm supposed to have this "no sound" and the answer is a "no sound" word (Hope I'm not giving too much...
